  • Basically, in Corpus Christi, one can fish pretty much year around with very few exceptions.

  • Yes on guided fishing trips, not cabin rentals 

  • Are the catches cleaned?

  • Yes, there is usually someone available to clean the fish at the Marina who charges around 30 cents per pound to have the catches cleaned and freezer bagged. 

  • How much does it cost to rent the cabins?

  • All 3 cabins rent for $100 per person for each 24 hour period of time with a minimum charge of $400 per 24 hour period of time. (See the below Questions about Specials.) 

  • Do you have Specials?

  • Yes, we do. Depending on the time of the year, we sometimes offer the nights after the lst one in the same package at 1/2 price. For example: A weekend package from Friday to Sunday for 4 people would cost $600, for 6 people would cost $900 and for 8 people for $1200.   • Are there transportation charges if we do not have our own boat?

  • Yes, there is a transportation fee. Please call for details. 

  • Do you offer special packages that include meals, guided day fishing trips, and a guide to stay on the cabin overnight?

  • Do you offer gift certificates?

  • Yes, we do, especially around the holidays and special occasions - like Father's Day and birthdays. 

  • Do you offer Bachelors' Parties on the cabins?

  • Yes, we have already had numerous Bachelors' Parties on the cabins. 

  • Are the cabins Air-Conditioned?

  • Yes. 

  • What are some of the other features of the cabins?

  • Bathroom, microwave, stove, pots and pans, coffee pot, barbeque pit, air-conditioning, generator. 

  • What Items Do I Need to Take to the Cabins?

    • Paper Products: Paper towels, paper plates, plastic forks and spoons and toilet paper
    • Drinking Water
    • Food and Drinks
    • Charcoal, Charcoal light and Matches, if you want to barbeque
    • Sleeping bags or sheets (Mattresses and pillows are there)
    • Fishing rods and bait
    • Fishing License
    • Flash Light
    • Coffee and filter for Mr. Coffee type coffee maker
    • Regular size towels and hand towels (optional,but comes in handy)
    • There is a microwave and counter top stove for cooking
     

  • What is your refund policy?

  • We require a 14 day notice and then we will reschedule your trip or cabin rental during the same calendar year.
